A coaching philosophy that starts with you, looking at both short-term goals and what you want to get out of your running long-term, instead of just throwing you into a generic 12 week training plan!
All coaching begins with a free consultation call to chat through your running history and your goals, and to start to put a plan in place on how we get you where you want to be. The important thing is that you enjoy your training, so we will be sure to incorporate sessions, cross-training and anything else we can to make this happen, all while constantly feeding back what’s going well and which sessions you’re getting the most out of to adapt your training accordingly moving forwards.
Alongside the weekly training plan, I offer assistance with planning your race calendar for the year (and even further ahead), race and nutrition strategies, route planning to get the most out of every session, and contact via WhatsApp for any questions and feedback along the way.
We’ll also catch up with a monthly video call to review the previous month’s training, and plan the next.
